"Isn't everyone pretending they're alright?"

This song has so much truth to it. Especially the line, "Even if we look so strong, We're all about to fall." We all act like we're strong so maybe others won't see just how broken we are underneath. Or because it's a long formed habit from childhood. Having to raise yourself because your parents or guardians were not able to. Maybe it's because of the standard that society  places on all of us today. Be strong or you'll get eaten up. Show your true emotions and your just put a target on your back. We're constantly trying to balance that we forget to pay attention to the most important fact. That God is the only who can truly balance this madness, and that He can see exactly what is going on. We have so much hurt and troubles in our lives that we can't balance it properly. The result is a painful reminder of how unqualified we are to try to do God's job.
